Colm O'Murchu - Director/Producer
Colm O’Murchu is an acclaimed independent filmmaker, director, and producer whose four internationally released feature films — The Elixir, The Makeover, Dealing with Destiny, and Tabernacle 101 — have reached audiences around the world. As the founder of Australian Film Central, Colm has spent over two decades teaching and mentoring the next generation of filmmakers. Since 1997, he has guided aspiring directors, writers, and producers to create hundreds of Short Films and multiple Feature Films and through his renowned hands-on filmmaker's accelerator program. Also, former graduates now work in quality jobs in the Film Industry. His mission is simple yet powerful — to help emerging filmmakers turn their passion into a sustainable career and see their films succeed on the big stage.
David Knight – Cinematographer & Filmmaking Mentor
David Knight has built a remarkable professional career spanning over 30 years. David is a proud graduate in Cinematography from the prestigious Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS). David now works as a Director of Photography on multiple films in Australia. David is a dedicated and passionate teacher works a the world-renowned National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and at Australian Film Central (AFC). He teaches, lighting, cinematography, editing, colour grading, sound recording, and film production management.
